“The pool area was a little rough tiles missing and very dirty in areas I cut my toe on a sharp tile sticking out from the side. The area as the end of the room where the wardrobe was was dark would have liked more lighting round there and you couldn't control the aircon in the room so very glad we didn't visit in the summer months!”

“Location fine as we were travelling to and from Goodwood over two days. Newly renovated public areas Our room was an upgrade and was very nice. Our friends room not so good. Plenty of free parking. Staff very efficient and helpful.”

“Bed very comfortable. Room nice but shower a bit on light spraying side. Dinner was average but £65 plus tip for 2 without wine - they gave us wine vouchers because I didn’t get price they originally quoted. Staff are very nice but should be told by management more about cutlery, ie provide a fork and spoon for tart with ice cream and don’t touch parts of cutlery guests eat with. There’s room for improvement with food. It arrived lukewarm and they offered to reheat it. We declined. Potatoes could have been so much nicer. Lamb - most expensive dish on menu - was bland - need creativity with spices.”
