Perfectly situated just across from the stunning beach and iconic Eastbourne Pier, The Pier Hotel is your ideal base for a seaside getaway. With easy access to a variety of restaurants, bars, and cafes, you’ll find everything you need right at your doorstep. Tesco Express and all the restaurants are just a short 4-minute walk from our lovely hotel. While we do not have a bar or restaurant on-site, our friendly staff is happy to recommend nearby dining options. Enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of Eastbourne Promenade, just a short stroll away. Our comfortable rooms are designed for relaxation, featuring TVs, tea and coffee-making facilities, and ironing equipment. Each room includes a private bathroom with a hairdryer for your convenience. For your convenience, we offer parking permits (during reception hours) for the H zone at £2.20 each, valid until 11:00 AM the following morning (subject to availability). Our reception opens at 14:00 and closes at 22:00, with check-out by 10:00. Late check-in is available for an additional charge. Please note that we currently do not have facilities for storing luggage before check-in or after check-out. The sea front can be a little lively on Saturday night up until about midnight, if noise is an issue we would advise you to book an inland room on Saturday night.
