The staff were friendly and efficient. In particular the receptionist when we arrived was very aimiable and made us feel welcome. The food in the restaurant was first class. The room was extremely comfortable and the bathrom well equipped. The hotel was easy to find and had good parking. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

  • Hi I’m thinking of booking a room with you this coming Saturday. Do I need to book a table for food and drinks and if so is there a time limit? Thanks

    We advise booking a table in advance. Our restaurant gets very busy at weekends as we have more restrictions in place due to the pandemic. We allow a 2 hour time slots for all diners/drinkers, but as a guest you can use the hotel lounge area as well.

  • good evening! I am booking with you a double room for the end of May 2021, travelling on motorbikes. I would like to.qsk if the car park is safe.

    We have CCTV on the frontage of the hotel which covers most of the CP, please ask at reception for the safest area to park. Our pub is used by hotel guests and the public, so although it is generally safe to park, we cannot absolutely guarantee it.

    It depends on whether you book on a room only rate or a bed & breakfast rate. The room only rate doesn't include breakfast, but can be added on at the hotel if you wish

  • I was wondering if you lock up at a certain time? I am hoping to book but am going to a festival so won’t be back till the early hours of the morning.

    We lock the site up at 11:00pm but if you check in before you go to the festival (anytime from 2:00pm), you will be provided with a key which will open the reception door after hours

    I'm not sure exactly how far away this would be, however the Wales area of Sheffield is about 15 minutes away from the hotel

    Our ground floor rooms are up a small flight of stairs at reception (around 6 or 7steps) however there is access without stairs at the top of the hotel/car park through a fire door
