The location is perfect so near town center. Beds was very comfortable.

United KingdomWe didn't actually stay here at The Washington. It was closed because of the Covid-19, so my ratings are for The Rodney Hotel which is the same company but a different hotel. The Rodney hotel was lovely, the staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and cosy, the bed was so comfortable. Lots of shops around and so close to so many attractions! The bus stops are right outside which are so handy as they go right to the station, zoo, aquarium etc. The breakfast, although extremely limited was very tasty and piping hot, and i asked to modify one of the things they offered which was easily done. I would 100% stay here again if the price was lowered a bit, it really was a lovely, warm, friendly hotel. We went for our anniversary and we were welcomed with a lovely card wishing us a happy anniversary, it was so lovely.
