Very nice room, with nice view over the garden. Staff in all departments were always efficient and helpful, providing extra coffee/milk for the room etc. Restaurant is very good and lovely to be able to sit outside of an evening. lovely location with direct access to the forest.

This recommendation confirmed our decision to book this hotel. The hotel was clean and our room was very comfortable. Food was excellent, and could not be faulted. Staff were friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel allowed us to walk into Burley and gave us direct access on to the New Forest. Would definitely stay again.
