We had the top floor to ourselves as there were 5 of us. So split between 2 rooms which was great. The hotel is very nicely, and looks newly, decorated. We really like it here, and the location was quiet convenient coming into Belfast.

It’s my second time staying in this place and I really recommend it. Both the owner (Ruth) and the manager (Lorraine) are so nice and friendly. The location is perfect, close to walk anywhere and buses 2min walking from the property. Big room, (comfortable mattress and pillows) big private bathroom, everything clean, with towels, kettle etc. The breakfast was delicious and buffet. Best place to stay in Belfast.
