The area surrounding the pub is beautiful and our room was very nice but cold. Absolutely no heating on. The pub was also cold. We were in Room 1 which was noisy throughout the night with the sound of possibly a generator. Didn't sleep at all well.

The staff were very helpful. We were in Ilkley for a wedding and arrived at the hotel before the wedding. We hoped to at least get our keys so that we could get in later that evening after the wedding reception without having to return before the reception started to check in. The rooms happened to be ready early and they not only gave us the keys to all our rooms, we could put our bags into the rooms saving us having to do that later.

Very good breakfast, and easy parking just in the back of the hotel. Convenient self checkin.
We had a pleasant overnight trip . Ilkley has beautiful panorama and a great entertainment centre : It’s central for visiting Haworth ( home of the Brontes) and Skipton ( castle.) Great for walking and shopping at some very nice establishments.

Ilkley is a good location with plenty to see in and around the town. It is also conveniently located for visiting the Yorkshire Dales. Traffic queues into town from Skipton Road can be long at peak times but this results from town centre traffic lights and there being no bypass for use by through traffic.

Lovely little town at the northern extremes of West Yorkshire. A quality destination with plenty of history if you have time to explore. If not then there’s a plethora of great restaurants and bars to keep you occupied and well fed.
Breakfast freshly cooked with variations available. The location is probably the finest in Ilkley, being set in Parkland by the River with opportunities for a variety of pleasant walks and outside dining when weather permits. There is a cosy, comfortable bar and a variety of food options at very moderate prices . The room was comfortable with all the facilities needed. Staff were friendly and attentive. The Hotel is located in close proximity to the Town with a variety of shops.
I was born and brought up in Ilkley and visit my family in a regular basis and was u sure about the Cow and Hotel as in the past it lost it reputation but what a lovely hotel. The room was immaculate and spotless. The hotel look lovely inside and I have booked again for my visit in August and when I’m there I will be sure to check out the food which sadly I didn’t in July
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was lovely - we didn't need much lunch! We ate in the hotel on 2 nights and this was also very tasty. The ensuite was a good size with a good, powerful shower. The hotel had a lovely feel about it. We enjoyed the quiet location close to the moor but also with Ilkley easily accessible.
The cottage is in an absolutely beautiful location. It is lovely, comfortable, clean and had everything we needed including a small kitchen and a washer and dryer. The host was available and helpful if we needed anything. You can walk from the doorstep directly onto Ilkley Moor. The entire experience was outstanding.
Great central location, interior of the hotel and bedroom were fine, especially welcome was the excellent quality of the double bed and the bathroom. Breakfast was of an excellent and imaginative standard. Staff were very attentive and welcoming - even the dog in our company had a surprise welcome gift pack!
The property was a Regency town house in the very centre of Ilkley. It was beautifully decorated and furnished and the bed was extremely comfortable. The room was warm, comfortable and quiet, and the en suite bathroom was also very pretty. The location could not be faulted.
The area surrounding the pub is beautiful and our room was very nice but cold. Absolutely no heating on. The pub was also cold. We were in Room 1 which was noisy throughout the night with the sound of possibly a generator. Didn't sleep at all well.
Lovely feel to the house. It was easy to find, great location, clean, comfortable, warm, and well equipped.
The bath was fabulous for a deep relaxing soak.
We will definitely be returning to this property if we visit Ilkley again.
The best thing about Dalesway Hotel was Clark, the Receptionist & Bar Manager. He was so friendly & helpful and VERY interesting to chat to.
Plenty of restaurants nearby.
Great location, quiet area but within a short walk to the town centre. Good selection of beers and tasty food. Plenty of storage in room and nicely decorated
Beautiful decor in this gorgeous house a short walk away from the lovely Ilkley. Host was brilliant and left a welcome package of treats like no other!
The room was in need of renovation as was most of the hotel, but for the price it was reasonable and a short walk into Ilkley. Food was also reasonable.
