Located within a 5 minute walk of Xscape and the Theatre District, our 4 bed spacious town houses with their own private gardens, are ideal for families or groups wishing to share. Accommodation includes a well-equipped kitchen with full sized appliances, 4 bedrooms, 2 family bathrooms, an en-suite and downstairs cloakroom, lounge with seating and dining area, garden view, all set over 3 floors. Parking is immediately to the front of the property and there is sufficient space for 4 small or 2 large cars. Campbell Park with an imaginative mix of sculptures, water features, and formal gardens is just over the road and home to Milton Keynes cricket.
From 1 June 2021 our office and key collection point will have moved to: Shortstay:MK Luminous House (Landmark offices) 300 South Row Central Milton Keynes MK9 2FR A key safe code will be sent to you after payment has been made. After we have received your booking, our friendly reception staff will send full confirmation to you. Our office is a 5- minute drive from Campbell Park so we are close at hand to assist during the working day. We also offer a 24-hour emergency contact number. When you collect your keys, there will be a full map showing how to reach the house and our SSMK Guest Privilege Card offering discounts at local restaurants, airport taxi transfers, and a local hair and beauty salon. Our sales team has in-depth knowledge of the area and is always happy to assist, although there is plenty of information in the apartment folder, giving advice on the house, local emergency contact details, and local tourist attractions.
Within a short walk from the townhouse you will be able to find: MKTheatre District with bars and restaurants. Milton Keynes Gallery and Milton Keynes Theatre The Centre:MK - Milton Keynes mile long shopping mall. The Hub:MK with numerous national and international restaurants. Cafes, bars and nightclub. Xscape home to Snozone, CasinoMK, Cineworld and iFly. Campbell Park with its open pastures, water features, sculptures, the park is also home to MK Cricket. A local grocery store. Within a 30 minute walk: Milton Keynes Central Station with direct links to Euston (35 minutes) and Birmingham

The fine print
The guest will be sent an email with their invoice and payment link and the guest will be prompted to enter their credit/debit card information. All payments must pass the 3D Secure authentication screen to confirm the guest's identity with their credit or debit card provider.
The guest must complete this process within 24 hours of receiving the email to ensure confirmation of their booking. For same day bookings, the balance must be paid for before 16:30 on the date of check-in. Last minute bookings that fall on a weekend or bank holiday must be paid for on the last working day before the check-in date. Non or late payment will result in the booking being canceled and no keys will be left out for collection.
Once we have received payment for the booking, the guest will be sent their check-in paperwork which details key collection instructions and other important information.
If guests require a car parking space, they must request this at the time of making the reservation.
