Located just a 5-minute walk from the center of Exeter and a 20-minute drive from the Dartmoor National Park. Townhouse Exeter is a Grade II-listed Victorian property modernized to provide guests with rooms with attached bathroom and free WiFi.

Some rooms have feature fireplaces and all come with towels and free toiletries.

This environmentally friendly guest house is committed to use locally sourced fair trade, home made and free range products when possible.

The antique shops and boutiques of Topsham are a 20-minute bus-ride away, and a wide array of water sports can be enjoyed in Exmouth.

  • Can you tell me what floor is the single room on?

    We have two single rooms. The single room with en-suite is located on the ground floor. The single room with separate, private bathroom, is on the 2nd floor.

  • We have an electric car are there any charging points near by?

    Yes. Depending on your specific requirements, Podpoints are located at nearby city centre car parks, and Zapmap shows 9 charging points within 1 mile radius of us. Or you can try the ones at Darts Farm and have a fun day out too!

    Yes we are and they are quite the hit! Everyone seems to like breakfast in their pyjamas. Croissants, breakfast pots and tasty treats!! If you need more specifics please let us know.

  • hi ,is there anywhere to park a motorbike off road and could i drop bike and luggage off at 12.30 ,thanks

    We have limited off-street parking (£7/day). Please lets us know which dates to check availability. We can arrange a one-off luggage storage as you are on your motorbike. This is on a case by case basis due to new Covid procedures.

  • Can the triple rooms be converted to a double?

    No. But the Twin / Double consists of two beds which are 1x double bed and 1x single bed.
