Everything went well, from check-in until leaving. We only stayed one night but hopefully next time we will stay longer. The bed was the comfiest, cosiest that we have ever slept in! We did not order breakfast because we were having a celebratory meal for my husband’s birthday at The Fort in the evening and we were meeting family for an early lunch on the day we left. Hopefully we will be back later in the year. Thank you

We are a small Cornish family run bed and breakfast in the heart of Newquay, close to the airport and close to the main roads connecting all the beauty Cornwall has to offer. We have a wide range of rooms to suit most needs including a range of family, double and twin rooms some with sea view. We offer free wi-fi throughout the property and parking onsite. We source all our breakfast items locally and try to get the best quality Cornish produce. If you want a holiday using us as a base visiting the best of Cornwall or you want a relaxing beach holiday we are the place for you.
Our family consists of Kevin,Sasha,Thomas and coco and yogi the dogs We are a Cornish family with Tom even being born on St Pirans day! We are part of the locals scene in Newquay with ties to the harbour and restaurant scenes, with Kevin being part of the local R.N.L.I crew, being able to inform you of safe family beaches and information on the waves and tide. We have lived in Cornwall our whole lives so we are able to give guests the best local information, even quieter out of the way places with the best times and areas to visit in the main locations.
We are situated very close to the town centre a short walk up a hill, as with all cornish fishing villages based in valleys and on hills! We are only a 5 minute walk to the nearest beach, with seven others within a 20 minute walk. We have great views of Newquay bay and all local amenities a short walking distance. 30 minute drive from the Eden project, St Ives and Lands End an hour away and 30 minutes from Padstow and Port Isac. The Bus station is a 2 minute walk, the railway station a 10 minute walk or 5 pounds in a taxi.

Please note that the guest house does not accept bookings from anyone under the age of 18. Proof of age may be requested.

The guest house does not accept bookings of more than four people.

Please note that this property cannot accommodate hen and stag parties. Management reserve the right to charge a GBP 50 per person bond deposit for any groups accepted by prior arrangement. The deposit is refunded if no damage to property or the hotels reputation.

Any one bringing in unregistered guests into the guest house will be charged or debited GBP 100 per night and will be asked to leave the hotel without receiving any refund for remaining nights.

Please note that no rooms are located on the ground floor.

Please note reception is closed at 21:00. If guests are arriving late, please notify the owners well before the arrival date.

The parking is free and there are enough spaces for all guests, however, it can be difficult to organize cars during busy periods. Guests are kindly asked to be patient.

Booking.com does not receive the deposit, this is taken by the hotel directly.

Please note that the remaining balance is due upon arrival. American Express is not accepted as a method of payment. If guests arrive early, they are advised to ring the doorbell to register any car for the car park.

Due to fire regulations, no cooking facilities, devices with large lithium batteries or portable fridges (coolers) are permitted in any of the guest rooms.
