“This is a great location for Penzance, being on a quiet street but close to everything. The bed was comfy and the bathroom big with a bath, so good for kids.”

“Once we got into the WiFi (which took some effort) the internet signal was the fastest that I have ever enjoyed in a guest facility. The place was well decorated and comfortable. Having a little convenience store just a few doors down was nice.”

“Great location within easy 10 minutes walking distance into the centre of Penzance. Great beds, wifi, BT TV and all you need in the kitchen including an Italian stove top coffee maker. Comfy living room. Would stay here again - easy to get in with a key lock box and all very efficient and easy to get hold of and friendly when I called with a small problem.”

“The house is absolutely lovely: very spacious, comfortable, and with a charming character. The kitchen is fully stocked, the bathroom is a nice size, excellent amenities (wifi, TV, board games, hair dryer, etc), and the double bedroom is very comfortable with a great view (did not use the twin room). Could not have asked for a better place to stay while adventuring in Cornwall! Definitely would return. The most special thing about the house is all the great architectural details - the fireplace, the mantle, the stone walls... Absolutely fabulous!”

“Everything else! Convenient location, (although it is uphill from the town if you are unfamiliar with the area). Great sofa bed in the lounge which was easily put away during the day. Fantastic idea to have a set of board games and PS3 plus games for wet days, the boys loved that! Great view from the enormous window in the attic room, which was a welcome getaway from everyone! The bed was comfy and roomy. Nice touch to have a futon in there too. I loved the country feel to the kitchen and the rustic nature of the cottage in general. It was very clean and tidy and the house rules not too officious, despite Covid times. The price was reasonable for five of us for four nights. Owners kept in touch and information was useful. Overall, a happy stay, thank you.”
