Welcome to this delightful calm apartment, 15 mins to London Eye! From Waterloo subway station you can reach a lot of spots across the city, even to London City Airport. In the area there are numerous places for wine&dine, entertainment and culture. The flat consists of 2BR, 2 bathrooms, a bright living room with dining space, fully-equipped kitchen and lovely balcony. Also, there is a free access to the communal roof terrace. Essentials, linen, towels, TV and WiFi are provided. The spacious living room benefits from lots of light and has access to a nice balcony. It also contains a big sofa, a flat screen TV and a dining table with four chairs. There is a fully furnished kitchen. From the living room there is an access to the balcony. Additional outdoor space is the communal roof-top terrace with outdoor furnishing and very nice view! Please, make sure that the door will not close behind you. Both bedrooms offer a king sized bed with orthopedic mattresses, a lot of closet space and very wide windows. High quality linen and towels are provided. Every room has its own bathroom. ∗Please note that there is scaffolding currently on the building. The company assured us that the noise would be kept to a minimum. The work will be held only on working days and finish on the 7th of November. ∗We would like to inform you that the property's building is undergoing significant interior renovations. This process is expected to continue for the next six weeks. Please be advised that there may be audible noise during your stay, and we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. ∗Please note that а refundable damage deposit of 250 pounds is mandatory and should be paid via card and before check-in. We inspect the property after you check out; if there is no damage, we refund the deposit within 2 days via bank transfer.

Waterloo area is not famous only because of the big station. Just a few steps away, you can easily reach the Thames river, the London Bridge and the London Eye. By crossing the river you can quickly reach the Westminster area, the Big Ben and the parliament. The whole area around Waterloo is famous because of the street art grafitti, the National Theater and the Shakespeare's Globe. Within a 20 minutes walk you can also reach the Imperial War Museum and the Borough Market, that attracts visitors from all over the world for its fresh products and street food. Getting around The flat is brilliantly located for transport connections. Waterloo station is located only a 3-4 minute walk away. Waterloo is a train station, a bus station and is on 4 Underground Lines: Bakerloo, Jubilee, Northern, Waterloo & City.
