I had requested a room in a quiet location (if possible) and the option to have window(s) open at night. I also have dietary requirements. The room was exactly what I had requested and the food was amazing - compliments to the Chef! The location, facilities and staff were great. Good base for visiting local area. Must Have = Ufford Oak pub - 10 mins walk & restaurant food (not pub grub). Recommend early booking for Spa to avoid disappointment - fabulous! Massive (virtual) hug for Lou who put up with me asking for appointments for a whole week!

  • Can children use the swimming pool and if so what time of day. We are staying in march the children will be 5 and 4

    During the week, there are restrictions for children between 12,30 - 2,30pm or after 7,30pm. During the weekend there are no restrictions, children are welcome to use the pool at any time. During the weekend the pool is open 8am - 8pm

  • What is the charge for playing on the golf course?

    Residents receive discounts on our golf course. Prices do vary depending on the time of year so we recommend to phone the golf department to check availability and prices. We do strongly recommend to pre-book any tee-times before arrival, to avoid disappointment

  • Hi just checking if you have the pool open now-and do you have a Jacuzzi.

  • I would like to book for about 4-6 days end March early April but wondering if your pool, spa etc is/ will be open ( per your most recent info )
