Beautiful Fitted, Light, Open Plan Garden Cottage This beautiful garden cottage is set away from the main house, accessed via automatic gates within gated grounds. Newly fitted kitchen with all mod cons in a large open plan living space layout. 2 small bedrooms. Bedroom 1 King sized bed. Bedroom 2 Double bed. Main space Double sofa bed. Suitable for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families (with kids) and groups sleeping up to 6. Can also be used for daytime business seminars, meetings or training sessions of up to 12 people. The accommodation is not suitable for holding parties. If you are looking for a fantastic, comfortable, quiet and peaceful space to enjoy quality time with family and/or friends, this is the place for you.
I am a happy open minded friendly individual. I live in the main house which is over 800 years old! I am also privileged to have a beautiful garden cottage/flat at the bottom of my garden where my guests can stay in privacy. I am very well travelled including: America, Caribbean, South Africa, Europe including: Rome, Venice, Vienna, Crete, Cyprus, Hungary, Estonia. My travels have therefore educated me with a good idea of what is most important to a guest when travelling. Everyone wants to feel at home, comfortable, well informed, with space to enjoy quality time with family and friends. People want the same comforts they would have enjoyed at home, such as good kitchen facilities, ready to go office work space so they can keep in touch with home, comfortable relaxation space, and comfy beds so they do not miss home too much. It is my honour and pleasure to provide these necessities and creature comforts to my guests.
Sanderstead enjoys excellent transport links. Bus stop close to the gates. Buses go to and from Croydon Town Centre which enjoys the facilities of two well stocked shopping centres. Croydon is also served by 5 train stations: East Croydon, South Croydon, West Croydon, Purley Oaks and Sanderstead stations. The nearest to the accommodation, Sanderstead station, will take you to Victoria Station in Central London between 15 to 25 minutes. Sanderstead is a beautiful leafy village close to Central Croydon. There is a small parade of shops very close by including the following shops:- Costa Coffee Shop A News Agents 2 Award winning Hair Dressers 2 Beauty Parlours Dry Cleaners Waitrose Super Market Chinese Restaurant Indian Restaurant "Cook" Ready Meals Food Shop very near by A nearby park with playground and ample space for jogging. A lovely lazy village where you can relax and while away your leisure time, read papers and feeding ducks at the pond opposite the main house. A fantastic base from which to enjoy visiting all parts of London.

All children are welcome.
Free! All children under 2 years stay free of charge for children's cots/cribs.
All children under 12 years are charged GBP 10 per night for extra beds.
All further older children or adults are charged GBP 15 per night for extra beds.
The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
