Our property is special because of where it is. Your home away from home is a 2 bed 2 bathroom flat situated within the peaceful, well maintained and highly regarded City Harbour development, the property features a spectacular 26ft reception room with private balcony with water views. The bright and spacious accommodation further comprises a modern open plan kitchen, two generous bedrooms, two bathrooms plus utility area and ample storage. The property benefits from its own secure underground parking space and boasts ‘Hyperopic’ high speed broadband. The property has 24 hour porter and security, communal gardens with lush lawned areas and lift access. Ideally located, close to Crossharbour DLR and Canary Wharf, with easy access to the City and Greenwich.

The area made up of this big loop in the Thames was once a thriving community of dock workers, centred around the West India Docks, East India Docks and, later, Millwall Dock. Mass decline in the 70s left the Isle of Dogs impoverished and there is still a wide chasm today between the housing needs of traditional East Enders and the new wave of professionals lured by the building of shiny office blocks in Canary Wharf. This purpose-built business district is home to the UK's tallest building One Canada Square but the cluster of towering structures is an impressive sight from many high viewpoints around London. Business travellers will snap up the modern hotels around here and if you're headed for The O2, The Blackwall Tunnel to the northeast of E14 is a quick route underneath the Thames. The area is easily accessed by the Docklands Light Railway and Jubilee line to Canary Wharf and places of interest include the Museum in Docklands, a former sugar warehouse, Mudchute Park & Farm, London's largest city farm, and Island Gardens with its spectacular views across the river to Greenwich.
