Set in Liverpool, is this Grand 3 bed flat with 2 bathrooms (bath tub & walk in shower) over 3 floors with high ceilings and a natural sky light from the roof top! 65 inch smart tv! Wifi! Spacious lounge, washing machine, cooking hob with oven! Great for families and large group of 6/7 people. Can fit 8 people however the 4th room is not yet available. The flat has only become available with free private parking on site. The property is 1.8 miles from Liverpool lime street, roughly a 6/7 min drive to the City Centre. 1.7 miles from Anfield stadium and just a 6 min walk to the beautiful Wavertree Botanic Gardens. The nearest airport is Liverpool John Lennon Airport, 8.0 miles. The property is also close to shopping amenities such as Lidl, Iceland, Liverpool Shopping Park (with M&S foodhall, B&Q, JD, Boots, RiverIsland) and a nearby Macdonalds just a 2 minute walk away. There is also a gym nearby - JD gym and Pure gym in case you still wish to get into that summer body!
