Its a newly refurbished house with all new Furniture. The house boasts of a back garden, Wood flooring all over the house, fully tiled bathroom, two toilets, one upstairs and one downstairs. All the rooms have a bed, mattress, wardrobe, mirror, settee, workspace table and chair. welcome free goodies. The kitchen has a 3 in one equipment, which has oven, grill and microwave and 2 way hob for light cooking. Quiet neighbourhood. I've lived in London all my life, and I have vast experience to share with my guests. Please note, the listing is suitable for tourists, students on internship, workers working away from home ie work in London during the week and go back home over the weekends. It is not suitable for remote workers, as staying at home all day puts a bit of strain on our utility. The heating system is on in the mornings and in the evening evenings as most of our guest are out of the house during the day, we have factored this into our rates and hence made it cheaper. For added protection and peace of mind for our guest, there is a cctv in the entrance hallway and back door. but not in the other parts of the house. Places of interest nearer to the house are Alexandra palace.

Its a fantastic neighbourhood. The bus stop is only 2 minutes away from the house. The train station is 8 minutes walk and you get to central London within 15 minutes on the Overground and underground. The house is located away from road or train noise, hence you will enjoy a good sleep. Two minutes walk from the house are the following Restaurants: Chinese (Garden) , Indian (Bayleaf) Dosh -Dane ( Turkish) Fish and chips (English) and Afro Caribbean. For your comfort, there is super market called AAA, this closes at 1am. Edmonton Green Mall is 8 minutes walk from the house. The transport link is fantastic, there are lots of buses which serves the area, ranging from bus 279,259,191,W8,102 which runs for 24 hours. There is a direct train to Stoke Newington, Bethnal Green, Enfield town and Liverpool street .The other places of interest are: Alexandra Palace, Aviva, Coca-cola, Tottenham Spurs, Wood Green shopping mall, Pymmes Park, Lee Valley, Bountagu big local, Elley Industrial Estate , Enfield Power Station, Gyms, Phamacy, Pubs and Banks.
