Please when making a booking, please let us know the reason for your trip and please note that this is an homestay , similar to airbnb, not an HOTEL or a GUEST house, its a home away from home., We do not have a sign post. Upon completing your reservation, booking dot com will give you the post code and address, we would then give you the door number. On arrival at the property, we would give you a code to access the lockbox or tell you where to find the key. Please have enough data on your phone to communicate with us, as we would not give the code to strangers. Visitors are not allowed due to our insurance, as it only covers people who booked. Our address cannot be used for any correspondence or government documents, as its only for residential purposes, meaning our home. The listing is suitable for professionals, Tourists, students on internship. Please note due to no fault of ours some times the internet can be interrupted by the provider but not often. The washing machine can be used at a charge of 10 pounds per load, alternatively guest can use the laundrette near by. Your satisfaction is our guarantee, so discuss any issues with us, and we would be fast to solve it. We want you to enjoy your stay at the property, and come back again

The Rooms are in a newly refurbished house in London, It boasts of a lovely modernised back garden, Wood flooring all over the house, fully tiled bathroom, tastefully decorated all around the property, two toilets, one upstair and one downstairs. The double rooms have a TV, bed, mattress, wardrobe, mirror, settee, workspace table and chair. No settee in the basic room . The kitchen/kitchenette has a microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge, There are free cookies, tea, coffee and cereal available every morning. There is a local laundry near to the house. Its a Quiet neighbourhood with close amenities . No street or trian noise, so guest will enjoy their sleep. The listing is for tourists, only students on internship, Workawayers ie those who work in London during the week and go back home over the weekends. Please note, the following guests must not book:1 Guest who work from home 2)Guest who work remotely. 3) guest who are unemployed. If you book, our terms and conditions have been broken and the booking would be cancelled and you will lose your money. This is because the listing is not an office base and secondly guest who stay at home all day put a lot of strain on our utility bills, thirdly, our maintenance men want to carry out their duties during the day, when guest are not hanging around for safety reasons. We have factored all this into our pricing and made it cheaper. The heating sys comes on in the mornings and evening, this is so because most of our guest are out of the house during the day. For added protection & peace of mind for our guest, there is a cctv in the entrance hallway and back door, but not in the other parts of the house. If you are unhappy with our cleaning or have any issues, please discuss it with us and we would solve the matter quickly, your satisfaction is our happiness as you are much valued. The max occupancy in the property is only 4 guest, who are mainly from airbnb and booking dot com. Hyde Park Winter Wonderland is close by.

Neighborhood info

Its a fantastic neighbourhood. The bus stop is only 2 minutes away from the house. The train station is 8 minutes walk and you get to central London within 15 minutes on the Overground and underground. The house is located away from road or train noise, hence you will enjoy a good sleep. Two minutes walk from the house are the following Restaurants: Chinese (Garden) , Indian (Bayleaf) Dosh -Dane ( Turkish) Fish and chips (English) and Afro Caribbean. For your comfort, there is super market called AAA close to the house which opens till late. The transport link is fantastic, there are lots of buses which serves the area, ranging from bus 279,259,191,W8,102 which runs for 24 hours. There is a direct train to Stoke Newington, Bethnal Green, Enfield town and Liverpool street .The other places of interest are: Alexandra Palace, Aviva, Coca-cola, Tottenham Spurs, Wood Green shopping mall, Pymmes Park, Lee Valley, Bountagu big local, Elley Industrial Estate , Enfield Power Station, Gyms, Pharmacy, Pubs and Banks. Eco Park, Middlesex university Hospital.For guests visiting london in december Hyde Park Winter Wonderland is opened from the 17th of november to 1st of January 2024. The house is an ideal place to stay, as guest would save money staying at this townhouse, than staying in zone 1 and 2, which are well over priced.
