“They really make Victoria Mansions feel like a luxury experience. You're taken to your room from reception, they make sure your parking space is available in person etc. The place is well appointed, recently painted, clean, and well stocked in the kitchen with all the plates, glasses and cutlery you need. But you get the full 'aparthotel' benefits as you can just walk across to the main hotel for dinner and drinks -- the menu there is really good now too and the staff are truly exceptional and there's good outdoor heating and shelter for later at night when the UK weather is less exciting!”
