The check in procedure was indepth and explained all the features of the house from the shower to the heating. The member of staff Marta who met me at the property also checked in on the staurday via text to see how we were doing and was happy to be contacted if we had any questions or problems during our stay.

United KingdomEVERYTHING This cottage really made our stay in London. It was easy to get to and we parked our car the whole time we were there.There are easy transport routes to the centre of London. The cottage is equipped with everything you will need. Clean throughout. Clean bedding and bedrooms. The rear garden is so peaceful and well kept. We would recommend this cottage to anyone deserved more points really. From meeting Catarina at the door to leaving was a delight. Thank you Catarina and Luca it was a wonderful stay

QatarThe hosts met us at checkin and were so lovely and accomodating too. The house itself was immaculate and had everything you could need. Wifi worked well and shower was lovely. All bedding and towels and loads of extras supplied and were immaculate.
New ZealandWe had a lovely warm welcome from our host who was in the property awaiting our arrival. There was a slight problem with the front door but within half an hour a carpenter had arrived to rectify this. Everything about the property was excellent.
