The property was very comfortable, warm and well equipped. The location was very good, really quiet and peaceful but not too far from lovely places to visit like Cromer and Sheringham.

Two good size bedrooms, and plenty of space overall. Perfect property for a family of four. Should make more of the fishing lake in the “back garden” in the advert. This is a real selling point, but I missed out (even though the lake is pictured in the advert, I didn’t think to bring my tackle). Heating was not working when we arrived, but the caretaker did everything she could to resolve this and confirm it was resolved.
