We were mad to feel very welcome, Carol was wonderful , the room nice and comfortable . The location is stunning , lovely garden , looking over towards kinder scout . We had the vegetarian breakfast, it was really good ,plenty of choice. All in all it is somewhere we are hoping to return to , very central too for so many activities.

Location was great, Carol is a absolute wealth of knowledge and so welcoming. The breakfast is gorgeous, the rooms are large and spacious with tea/coffee making facilities. Will definitely be back to stay here again.

The welcome was really lovely, the room was much bigger than anticipated and spotless, the beds were comfortable and the bathroom was wonderful with a roll top free standing bath and large shower. Breakfast was a feast, delicious and plentiful. Overall our stay was absolutely perfect.

Characterful, cosy, had everything we needed including a cat! Carol was amazing. Chatty, funny, full of information and her Calzone recommendation was on point. also fresh milk available for room beverages. Dreamy!

The Waltzing Weasel Bed and Breakfast is situated in a great position for walking on the sett-valley-trail or climbing Kinder Scout or Lantern Pike. Surrounded by lovely countryside (sheep in the field next door) it is great for exploring local villages; Hayfield, New Mills, Lyme Park, Glossop, Stockport, Manchester etc. We have lots of great restaurants within a short distance so you are not short of somewhere to go for your evening meal.
