A spacious hallway has access to outdoor storage and a handy drying cabinet. Through to the open plan lounge and dining area. The lounge being a contemporary space, with deep-cushioned comfy sofas from where to catch up on your favourite soap if you’re not too distracted by that view! Tucked around the corner is the quality, designer kitchen, well fitted with every convenience you’ll need to fully self cater during your stay. There are three, beautifully appointed bedrooms; one super-king with en-suite double ended bath, shower cubicle, hand basin and WC; a second kingsize bedroom with en-suite shower, handbasin and WC and a further twin which has access to a Jack and Jill third shower room with cubicle, handbasin and WC. Guests at Wansfell have use of the terrace and share in half a mile of private lake frontage, perfect for enjoying a picnic at the water’s edge whilst taking in the glorious views of Windermere and her surrounding fell range. The private jetty is available for those wishing to launch a dinghy, canoe or kayak (with prior arrangement) and the shallow bay is safe for taking a quick dip, paddle boarding and perfect for those more adventurous wild swimmers amongst you.

Superb views to the lake over to Wansfell and the Fairfield Horseshoe Wansfell is a beautifully presented, ground floor lakeside apartment set within the magnificent main residence at Pullwood Bay. Superb views can be enjoyed from the main living area and master bedroom over the terrace to the lake beyond and over to Wansfell and the Fairfield Horseshoe. Although delightfully rural, Pullwood Bay is within an easy 2-mile reach of Ambleside and nearby Hawkshead where you’ll find a superb selection of shops, galleries, bars and restaurants. Guests can enjoy a stroll or bike ride through the beautiful grounds which are home to wild deer, squirrels and a superb selection of flora, fauna.
