Room reception and hall could do with being redecorated properly, a lot of smudges and poor cutting in. Room is basic and could do with a refresh. Did my job perfectly, staff were amazing and had a brilliant stay. Will definitely go back (just think it could with a refresh)

The ambassador suite was amazing jacuzzi bath walk in shower,fridge,huge comfy bed 😍everything you could want and more . Would definitely book again .staff were lovely really pleasant to talk to and more than helpful .The wine bar was also great service and food was delicious .highly recommend to friends/ family .will be back again soon .

Great location, the girl at the front desk was so friendly, and they had hot cocoa, cookies, coffee, and tea in the room which I loved. I ate in the lobby (which is usually not great), but I ordered chicken and veggies and it was crazy good! I'd definitely recommend this place!
