Great value, especially given the location being at the bottom of the Royal Mile, right around the corner from Holyrood Park and the Palace. Hosts were very accommodating and friendly.

United KingdomThis quiet, clean ground floor comfy flat was ideal for visiting family on the Holyrood side of town. It’s close to the meadow and the trail to Arthur’s Seat, a must do in Edinburgh. james and Mandy are excellent with communication and very responsive to guests needs.

United KingdomThe apartment was very clean and a good location from centre. 20min walk. Also it was lovely to have coffee and tea available in the apartment as soon as we arrived and also the little shortbread treat that was waiting for us in arrival was a great touch:) we will definitely stay there again and highly recommend. Both hosts are lovely and great communication.

Hi Pls can you tell me if your bedrooms are away from street parking/cars? I'm a light sleeper! ThanksHi, the apartment is ground floor in a quiet cul-de-sac. The bedrooms are located to the courtyard at the rear of the property. The widows are also double glazed so noise is not a problem. ThanksAnswered on October 6, 2020

(1)1st check-in at 10pm , 3 nights, 15-18 Sep Flight from Heathrow arrive at 20:30hr (2)2nd Check-In, 8 nights (21-29 Sep). Wonder if there is a possibilities to leave our luggages (3 pc, 2 big, 1 small) during the 3 nights away. Thank you and regards, LilyHi, unfortunately we took a booking a few days ago 21 -24 which would prevent the 8 day booking. Sorry about that.Answered on July 10, 2022
