The bed was very comfortable and the large breakfast was delicious. It was good to have private parking and be so central to the towns facilities by foot.”

“The cleanliness of the place, the friendliness of the owners, the beautiful view from our room and the little needed things like shoe polish/shine, needles and thread, an iron board, all provided in room. Very impressive. We did not stay here at the Waverly villa due to an unforseen problem, but the lady of the house Isabel very kindly got us into new accommodation and even took us to the new place. So we stayed at the west haven B & B on south street where Val and her husband Sandy were so friendly, accommodating and informative. We had a great time at the west haven which was very clean, had beautiful views and breakfast was plentiful. I would definitely stay here at the west haven B & B again.”

“Waverley Villa is in the middle of Grantown, a 5 min walk from the shops. Gerald and Isobell were perfect hosts. Given that we are experiencing a pandemic, we felt totally safe at the house, because masks were worn, the house was very clean and sanitisers were provided. They had also limited the number of guests that they accommodated at any one time. Isobell's breakfasts are something to look forward to, with cereals, fruit, cooked breakfast and lovely coffee.”
