Wayside is a wonderfully restored home in a rural location about 10 minutes outside of Lincoln. it is very spacious and easily accommodated our family of 5 adults and 1 baby. Jude was more that helpful in providing all the baby equipment we needed as well as some lovely extras that were very much appreciated. The kitchen is fully equipped and inspiring to cook in and the dining room a gracious setting to enjoy the fruit of your labours! The 2 sitting rooms gave us plenty of space to play games, read, watch TV and just hang out together.
CanadaCheck-in couldn't have been simpler. Property fully stocked so no need to worry about immediate extras like salt, butter, milk, coffee which were all provided - thanks vm! Shame the weather was iffy as the garden looked lovely. Also very handy that the property accepted short stays. Convenient for Lincoln and wider area. Upstairs bathroom was nice - had we stayed in winter the bath looked delightful.

It was perfect for us as we were filming just 10 minutes drive away. House is spacious, clean and well equipped. Breakfast was thoughtful and very nice. I would recommend for anyone and we would absolutely hire again.

Wayside is a beautiful Victorian house in a lovely rural setting but within 5 miles of the city of Lincoln and within easy reach of lots of Lincolnshire attractions . The house is of local historical interest many original features and has all the mod cons for a luxurious stay. Wayside caters for families and there are child safety features and travel cots and children's beds available. The house has two sitting rooms with large flat screen TVs , there are two bathrooms with great showers and a lovely cast iron bath . Outside there is a patio set in the pretty garden .
My husband and I renovated Wayside 8 years ago and lived there very happily. Last year we moved in with my mother in law to care for her and decided to invite guests to Wayside on a holiday let basis . This has given us a great opportunity to make the most of our beautiful property and meet some great people and the work fits it great with our family life . In my spare time I love going on country walks with a group of friends and I am also s keen gardener now I have more spare time
Wayside is in a great spot and you can open the door and go outside for a lovely walk around our family farm . Sudbrooke is a quiet area surrounded by pretty villages that offer good pubs and local shops. There is lots to do in Lincoln city and the east coast is less than an hour away . There are lots of family attractions just a few minutes drive away. Wayside us ideally placed for Lincoln university, the Cathedral Quarter, Lincolnshire Showground, Market Rasen races , Horncastle antique centre and the Lincolnshire Wolds
