“Good size rooms on the 4th floor. Good breakfast selection. Easy walking distance into town centre. Good friendly staff. A real ale on the bar. Comfortable lounge to sit in. Good outside space if the weather is good enough. It is one street back away from the sea front road so is quite quiet.”

“The staff was exceedingly welcoming and helpful. I wanted to hire a car and driver and Scott helped connect me with the appropriate company. We had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant and the servers were very attentive. Our room was lovely, one with a king size bed. Quiet location, one block off the main thoroughfare. Charming, historical hotel.”

“Just a very small comment there wasn't a grab handle in the wet room shower, but Michael & Irene asked for my advice and were on the case immediately. They identified that there wasn't a grab handle for the toilet and asked my advice about this. They were also on the case to rectify this immediately. The owners and their staff were very helpful and were willing to go above & beyond. Staff worth a special mention were Natasha, Carole & Steven. We could have stayed longer as it was so good.”
