Excellent choice and very good quality of food. Covid safe and staff were fab. A gem of a find. We will be back.

United KingdomStayed in a family room, both beds were very comfortable, lovely duvets, fab views, really big tv, tea/coffee & kettle etc, plenty of wardrobe space, lovely bathroom with massive bath sheets! Resident restaurant was gorgeous with great views and friendly staff. We had breakfast - one vegetarian which was really filling and eggs Benedict - cooked to perfection. I'll definitely stay again - I was really surprised at how lovely everything was as I've only ever been in before for a pub meal.

United KingdomGreat location on the edge of the village of Darley, in an AONB. Several great walks are signposted through and around the village. Perfect for a relaxing visit. Hotel has several "dog-friendly" rooms downstairs (comfortable, but a little small). The "superior" rooms are upstairs. Understandable. The bar has a nice ambience, the dinner was excellent (and good value), and the breakfast also was excellent, with several options available, as well as the traditional full English.
