Our hosts were friendly and helpful. The accommodation was very clean. Very quite location but 5 minute walk to the village pub which served excellent food. Bus stop is very close for busses into Newport. Set in beautiful scenery the house location was ideal for access to walking routes.

In an idyllic setting, this delightful holiday property offers a wonderful base to explore and experience the island.. Ground floor: Living room with wooden floor. Dining room/kitchen with tiled floor. Utility room. Shower room with toilet. First floor: 3 bedrooms: 1 double (5ft), 2 twin. Bathroom with shower attachment and toilet.. Woodburner in living room inc. Gas CH, elec, bed linen and towels inc. Cot. H/chair. Satellite TV. DVD. CD. Elec cooker. M/wave. Washer/ dryer. D/washer. F/freezer. Wi-fi. Large garden and furniture. BBQ. Parking (2 cars). No smoking. Visit England 4 Star.. This lovely stone building is next door to The Old Coach House (24689) and in the courtyard of Brook House, which dates back to the 12th-century. Brook House is oozing in history, and has stood through many wars throughout its time. Many famous people from the past have visited this house, including Henry VII in 1499. Other famous visitors included Winston Churchill, Lloyd George, the Astor’s, the Prince of Wales (Edward VII) and Queen Mary. In the mid 1800’s the house was owned by the Seely family and one of the famous visitors to Brook House during Charles Seely’s owners...
