Breakfasts were good. Would have liked some fruit. Car parking at the bedroom door very convenient. Comfortable beds. Excellent location for RSPB Frampton Marsh.

Boston is a lively market town on the Lincolnshire Fens.
Boston is a lively market town on the Lincolnshire Fens. Historically, I worked in the town for 15 years and know the area well. I would certainly suggest reviewing Lincolnshire tourism sites for further information and advice.
This accommodation would be a super based for any town based stays or for ease of access to the Lincolnshire coast, including Skegness and Mablethorpe. Also, for ease of access for Spalding, Lincoln & Grantham.
The accommodation, sits just off the wonderful riverside foot path of the River Witham and directly adjacent to St Boltolphs Church ('The Stump!).

Boston has gained a bad reputation, partly because of bad spins in the press and partly because of some negative locals. I grew up there and it isn't significantly worse that it was in preceding decades. Like all small (and not so small) towns it has been hit by the problems with high street shopping trade, but it remains a pretty historic town with some good attractions and the surrounding landscape is unique in this country - not the typical go-to destination countryside, but definitely worth a look if you haven't been before. Prepare to be surprised and ask the locals to reveal the area's hidden gems.

We stayed here for one day.
We stayed here for one day. The Saturday market wasn’t very big and was made up of six stalls. Shops aren’t very exciting and are mostly charity shops and vape stores.
The coffee shops are nice and low cost.

Didn't have time to go into town but lots of supermarkets and shops near appletree site. Went to beaches, circus and funparks fabulous for families. All within 30 to 45 mins drive through beautiful countryside.
Good parking. Friendly welcome on arrival. Room - Classic double - two windows with window seats - overlooking river.
Well presented room with adequate power points and lighting. Bed comfortable. Neat compact ensuite. Excellent housekeeping. Evening meal and breakfast good with equally good table service. A return visit which did not disappoint.
It should be noted that while not an issue this hotel is a period building and there are a number of stairs and a quirky floor or two to navigate - adds to the charm
as i'd travelled just under 200 miles, for a one night stay, would have appreciated breakfast facility being available as i'd got a busy day organised before driving homeward back to Suffolk. I was directed by lass on reception into town re an evening meal, and by chance fell upon the Wheatsheef Pub 200 yds away from Hotel the other side of railway line; which i will use if returning for a two night stay 'if room at the inn' at Boston West Hotel August Bank holiday
breakfast wasn't included even though it says breakfast included . there was a parking charge of £3 per day which wasn't mentioned . said free parking when we asked for receipt for the parking we were told to ask bookings .com for it even though we paid it to them . totally rubbish we book lots of hotels year round never had this trouble with hotels .com . our contract in Boston is at least another 3 weeks there loss we going elsewhere
Very clean hotel. Friendly staff who couldn't do enough for you. Free parking is always a bonus. Continental breakfast unless you wanted to pay extra for a cooked breakfast. Plenty of choice for the continental.
Situated a few minutes walk outside the town centre, which we were glad of when we learnt from the locals that Boston has a high murder rate per capita.
Stayed here overnight before the Boston Marathon. It was a small friendly hotel, the room was clean, modern with a fridge and microwave. The hotel was central to all amenities in Boston and to the starting area for Runners. The staff were very friendly just sorry we couldn't take them up on the complimentary breakfast for Half a nd Full Marathon runners .
This place is perfect if you just need a room in Boston.. its 10 mins away from train station/town centre. So clean and the interior is gorgeous. Not too expensive either. This is the 2nd time I stayed as I have buisness in Boston, last time the showers didn’t give hot water.. they have fixed this. 10/10
This was ALMOST a perfect property. Very minor niggles have prevented a 100% top tick score. Beautifully finished interior, excellent facilities in and out. Bathroom and bedroom especially nice.
Also, great idea only to have accommodation set up for couples - no hoards of kids running around.
Take the apartment for first study week it's 25 min from Holbeach campus . The rooms nice and clean and can found all basics what need as described.. The design is very modern and the owner is very helpful. Also it's located in city center so all shops and restaurant is near by.
Brand new only been opening a couple of weeks, Beautifully restored old coaching house which has been sympathetically restored by Lincolnshire Heritage.
The staff are super friendly and very accommodating.
Perfect location if you are visiting in or around Boston
Gorgeous hotel, excellent facilities in the room (although the description on booking.com was inaccurate), this was quickly resolved with the reception team and we were upgraded to accommodate for the lack of Fridge.
The place was near a shopping area so you won't go far if you need anything. The room got a nice good bathroom spacious closet and a coffee machine. You will enjoy your stay in Boston staying at the King's Arm.
Nicely fitted double room with ensuite. Good value and very welcoming. Cheery clientele in the pub downstairs, which did not disturb at all. Some bits of Boston seem a bit rough but this area felt ok
Caravan was above our expectations, clean, warm, comfortable, peaceful, great location. Not your average static caravan. Plenty of parking and a car ride away from Boston town.
