Everything, staff, food, room. Attention to detail. A lot of hotels would benefit from taking a few tips on how to offer decent customer service from this hotel I had booked a courtyard room but wished I had booked in the main hotel, I requested a possible upgrade (which I was more than happy to pay in full for) but due to them being EXTREMELY busy with weddings, they were unable to accommodate my request, HOWEVER they went above and beyond to make sure that everything was done to make our stay a wonderful experience. An absolutely brilliant team in a brilliant hotel.

Wow, we loved our stay at Western House! It a beautiful property beside the horse track. The staff were so friendly, they made us feel like old friends. We would absolutely recommend the Western House! Our room was also huge and well appointed.

    Only one of our courtyard rooms has a walk in shower. The rest of the rooms have a shower over the bath.

    Our checkin time is from 3.00 pm. We can appreciate that sometimes you want into your room earlier. If your room is before this time, then of course you will be checked into your room. If not, we can store any luggage until such time as it is.

  • Can I check in early if possible as I am travelling and 2 is quite late

    Unfortunately, due to the nature of our business, we can't guarantee an early check in option. However you are more than welcome to arrive at the Hotel earlier than our 'from 2pm' check in time and leave your luggage with Reception, who will have this transferred to your room once this has been serviced. We strongly recommend that all guests attending an event in the Hotel arrive at the Hotel dressed for the event and should not rely on having access to their room before the event commences.
