    We have a private lift that will take you to the penthouse and once there only very small steps are inside but of course it depends on the level of mobility the person has.

  • How do you get from the edinburgh airport to the property?
    You can get a taxi from the airport, a tram to Murrayfield Stadium stop and a short walk or an airport bus to Roseburn and walk past the stadium. If not late or lots of luggage I would recommend the tram otherwise a taxi is better.

We try to make every guests stay the very best possible so that they will have fond memories of Edinburgh and Scotland. We provide a full kitchen so that you may cook if you wish and there is always free Coffee, Tea and milk. The private entrance and elevator means that you quickly zip up to the Penthouse and the whole property is wheelchair accessible. There are stunning views of Edinburgh and everyone can enjoy the views from the new Sun room while drinking a glass of wine after a long day sightseeing. Our entrance doors are all electronic to allow guests to come and go at any time of the day or night, great for those arriving in the small hours of the morning. We strive to make everyone's stay a happy one and if there is anything you need simply ask.
After traveling all over the world for work I have returned to Scotland with my wife and 3 boys. Our aim is to change convention so that there is a place to go that feels like home.
There is a lovely Victorian park nearby that has just been rebuild and is full of rose gardens as well as a hot house. The water of Leith runs nearby and you can stroll down these paths, The Union Canal is also only 5 minutes walk away and is a pleasant and quiet place to walk and cycle in the heart of the city.
