Fabulous location, great value and very very clean. The room wasn't big but it had everything we needed. We had a great stay.

W12 Rooms is situated next to Shepherd’s Bush underground station and Westfield Shopping Centre, which features a wide variety of designer shops, restaurants and cafés. Guests can also relax on Shepherd’s Bush Green, which is opposite the property. London’s West End, Covent Garden and Oxford Street are 10 minutes’ away via tube. The famous Portobello Road Market is a 15-minute bus or tube ride away. O2 Shepherd’s Bush Empire is a 5-minute walk away and features regular performances by well-known musicians and comedians. Complimentary Free Wi-Fi is featured in each W12 room, the hotel is not responsible for any technical issues. The hotel request you to please make your own arrangement in case of any issue. As well as a hand-made bed, air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. A mini fridge, en suite bathroom and hairdryer are also provided.

Ongoing renovation work will be carried forward further on the exterior parts of the hotel building until 31 August 2024. Therefore, the building will remain covered with scaffolding until the work finishes.
Please note that there is no lift in this property and rooms are accessible via stairs only.
However, our porter services are available from 8:00AM to 6:00PM, to help you with your luggage.
