Great location, easy to find with easy parking. Good access to the town and beach areas. Large room, well appointed and comfortable large bed. Bathroom was large and well laid out with lots of space. Friendly staff and a really nice breakfast.

Situated just across the road from the cliff lift , enabling very easy access to the Scarborough Spa for the concert we were attending. Very comfortable, clean , delicious breakfast , will definitely recommend and revisit.
