The booking was extremely easy. Following booking I communicated with the Manager who was extremely helpful and easy to contact during our stay, very friendly and responsive. The room was very clean and the facilities met all our requirements. I had found myself in difficulty due to extremely poor health of a family member during the second lock down who needed care. If I had not found Whaplode Manor whilst struggling with an emergency situation and the understanding showed by the manager, I truly dont know what would have happened. I am truly grateful. My sons and their family will be using Whaplode Manor when they visit from Yorkshire and I would highly recommend it to anyone else. Big thanks to all concerned.

United KingdomVery clean & cozy. Very Covid safe as never met any member of staff, notice on reception door to say what room you were allocated & key was in the room. My grandson (9) enjoyed playing on the old tractor in the car park. I was visiting family in the area & next time I visit I will be using this hotel again, will also be recommending to others. Good value for money.

United KingdomWe had what I think was the honeymoon suite which is a beautiful room with wood panels and a four poster bed for 2 nights. The room was comfy and the large fridge was a definite bonus. The area was quiet on an evening and having the use of the courtyard garden was an added bonus we were not expecting. We reduced the number of nights we stayed as the owner let us know that roof work was being done during our stay, we appreciated being told about this in advance, rather than finding out when we arrived.

In what was traditionally the old stable block, Whaplode Manor offers 6 converted accommodation rooms. The Stables At Whaplode Manor offer a "self check-in service" with guest check in details detailed at the reception on the day of arrival. All rooms are are floor level with parking directly outside. Guests are welcome to come and go at their leisure with no time restrictions on when they need to be back to their accommodation. Our check out time is 11.00am on the day of departure. Each room hosts flat screen tv and hot drinks making facilities as well as a full sized fridge.
