About this property
At 996 feet on top of Caradon Hill, Wheal Tor Hotel & Glamping is the highest inn in Cornwall. Boasting stunning views, it offers rooms with moorland access, free Wi-Fi, and full English breakfasts. Cozy, rustic moorland rooms include private bathrooms and free tea and coffee-making facilities. We are dog friendly with miles of beautiful walks right on our doorstep. Breakfasts are served in the restaurant area with beautiful South Cornwall views. The bar and restaurant, with its original fireplaces and features, serves hearty, home-cooked meals with a varied menu of homemade classics along with fresh seafood & Italian specials, not forgetting all our delicious homemade desserts. Please note our bar and restaurant are closed on Mondays & Tuesdays. We serve a delicious Sunday roast every week from 12pm-3pm (booking highly recommended) we close at 5pm on Sunday evenings. The market town of Liskeard is 6 miles away, and free parking is available. Siblyback Lake, with its range of water-sport activities, is 4 miles from Wheal Tor Hotel & Glamping, and Plymouth and Looe are both 15 miles away.
