“The hotel was great value for money and the location was excellent! Staff were also very friendly so we really enjoyed our stay. The inclusive breakfast was good too with plenty of choices available.”

“Everything was excellenr from start to finsih, the check in was fast, with a particually helpful girl and the main manager. I felt welcome. the room was very nice and had a private ensuite, for the price it was extra good value, i had everything i needed from coffee and toiletries etc. I slept very well even through a night of gale force winds and rain!. will definitely stay again. very happy. The only thing i could suggest they could make an improvement on is wifi in the bedrooms as it would be nice not to use my own data but its only a small thing no big deal, just an extra even would be willing to pay a small fee as everything else is great value.”

“Perfect location for my friends and I to explore Gt Yarmouth. Family room was roomy enough for 3 adults and was clean and tidy. Only downside as it was very hot (I know the weather was excessively warm but...) and the windows were very small therefore not letting cool air in and the doors onto the balcony were decorated shut and couldn't be opened. Some fans or air conditioning units would be a good idea. I would recommend the hotel though - clean, tidy and welcoming staff”

“as always a pleasure to stay here, i always go for a single room and am often upgraded to a small double without even asking which is lovely, everything is catered for i.e. coffee / tv / bathroom and i always enjoy my stays (as a regular customer) i am very picky so wouldnt go back to a hotel if it wasnt up to scratch! :)”

“as good as always, had room 104 which had a lovely sea view to wake up too, coffee/kttle/tv and private bathroom are amazingly supplied with extras and bed was comfy, i have stayed a few times and will continue too, as i always feel welcome and the prices for a hotel of this standard are amazing, see you again soon”
