Such a lovely pub, the staff were lovely, nothing was too much trouble and made to feel so welcome, comfy rooms, food was lovely and such good value, brilliant location.

I really liked my bed. It was a single, but it was really comfortable. And although my room was on the small side, I liked it. The lighting was good (bright enough when needed, but I could switch to ambient), My room was clean, the TV worked fine, there was plenty of hot water and clean towels.

The place has a lot of character. Lift available if you don't want to use the stairs. Car park available at the rear, payable separately.

All the staff were amazingly friendly and helpful but the stand out guy was the breakfast waiter who was always so cheery and helpful even supplying me with safety pins following a wardrobe malfunction.   • Have you parking facilities to accommodate a large van one of our drivers will be in ?

    Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate vans of any size in our car park. There is however, parking for vans on the front of the hotel between 6pm and 8am which is free.

    Hi we have parking at a rate of £5 per night but we don't allow any vehicles larger than cars, eg commercial vans, LWB, mini buses, trailers, campers. Basically only cars in the car park Kind regards Chris

  • Is it possible for me to arrive late to the hotel? I won't arrive in Exeter until about 12.30am Best wishes

    Our check in time is 2pm onwards, but on the date of your arrival, you can arrive earlier than that and we can store your luggage at reception until you are able to check in to your room.

  • I am from Amber List Country, Hong Kong. I need self-quarantine for 10 days in the place I stay. I CANNOT stay at quarantine hotel which are for Red List Country, said by UK Government. Do you accept this kind of booking?

The White Hart Exeter have limited parking charged at £5 per night to guests? Chargeable parking for car’s only due to limited space. We do not accept any other vehicle in our car park besides cars, due to the small number of spaces and restricted car park size. Please, register in our system at the reception of your vehicle registration number. Unfortunately, we do not have the facilities to save car spaces. Guests are advised to make restaurant reservations during December and the festive period to avoid disappointment. Please note that there is a set Christmas Day lunch menu on 25 December. This must be booked in advance, please contact the property to confirm availability. There will be no evening meals or drinks available after lunch has finished.
