“High ceilinged with beams and lovely cool decor the room felt bigger and lighter than your average bedroom. Breakfast was excellent despite it having been brought from the main house through the garden to our cottage. Slices of lovely cake were provided on both days of our stay and plenty of quality refreshments were available in the cupboard and fridge. The towels were fluffy, the bed linen white, crisp and good quality. John, our host, who met us and brought breakfast across was charming and helpful.”
