United KingdomWe arrived late and guess services had closed, rang security/out of hours number, helpful chap was there within 2 mins to give us keys. Lovely chalet, spotlessly clean. Small Christmas tree in chalet and Christmas card left for us (nice touch). It was out of season so facilities not open (we knew this when booked) but from what we could see, good facilities (imagine great in summer especially for families with children). If needed, bus services run past camp site (stops almost outside entrance). Was an hourly service (less frequent later at night) so check timetables. Buses to Ryde, Sandown & Newport (other stops on route). Easy* access to seafront/beach via path. *fairly steep but wide path with handrails (both sides). We didn't go right to bottom as tide in and sea was quite rough (waves crashing on to path) so don't know what beach itself is like. Lovely campsite 👍

I think it's a great place to be as it's close to the beach and many other nice attractions. Definitely recommended for families with kids, or even couples. It's a nice and quiet retreat.
