The apartment was huge! It has two toilets which was a huge plus as there was 8 of us stopping there! There was fresh milk and tea and coffee provided! The location was perfect as it’s bang smack in the middle of where everything is! The host called me as we had lost the key. They were very nice and understanding. I will stop here again!

The location is central. You look onto the main street. Rear rooms are not affected by nightlife noise. The apartment has all the appliances you'll need for your stay. Bedding was clean. The apartment is much larger than most. It has access to two toilets. Paid Parking is available a short walk away. Costs £10 for 24hrs. Heating works well if required.

The location was perfect and the property was larger than we expected. We did have a slight problem with the heating but even though this happened on New Years Eve the owner was straight round to help and left temporary heaters just in case it failed again. (It did not).

The apartment was lovely and clean inside but there was no rail on the stairs inside and the entrance outside was a dark and dirty alley with a line of bins and very slippery. Also one night when we returned there was a man sleeping there which was very scary. The slate steps outside were also very steep and slippery especially when dragging baggage up and down.

    Hi. The apartment is right in the city centre. There’s lots of public car parks nearby just a few minutes walk. Prices vary and the cheapest is £10 for 24 hours 5 mins walk away

  • Hi in terms of parking I am planning on staying for 2 nights. Is there a car park close that we can reserve and park for 48 hours?

    There are lots of car parks nearby. The best value is Linenhall car park on Nicholas Street, CH1 2BD which is £10 for 24 hours

  • Your apartment looks lovely and is in a perfect location but how many beds and bedrooms does it have please. We are a party of 5 and some of us don't want to share a bed. Looking to book for a few nights in August - fairly flexible on dates. Lindi

    Hi Lindi. The apartment has 3 bedrooms all with double beds. There's also a single bed in one of those bedrooms and a sofa bed in the lounge.

  • Hi do you except a hen party group of 8

    Hi. Yes we do accept hen parties at this apartment so long as the property is left tidy and no damage. We hold a damage deposit on the credit card of the booker. We don't have neighbours so not too worried about noise

Bold & Boutique acquired this property in August 2019, and endeavour to rectify faults that have been reported in some reviews, these reviews were left by guests when the property was under old management. Our apartment has recently undergone redecoration to make it a warm and enjoyable space to spend time. Everything you need for a relaxing stay is provided – large screen TV in the living room, comfy beds with fresh linen in the bedrooms, plenty of storage space for your clothes and a fully equipped kitchen should you decide to have a night in and not explore the local offerings – ample bars and restaurants are on your doorstep and the races are only half a mile away. Private entrance to the property via Feathers lane leads you to the external stairs into the property. To give you privacy and convenience, the check in and check out process is totally automated. Just turn up with your unique key code and enjoy the apartment.
