Situated in a lovely quiet Victorian Square boasting beautiful landscape gardens and partial sea views. Close to local amenities and within a short walk to Douglas Bay and Douglas town centre. Open all year round and available for holiday, corporate and medium term let. We have just undergone a complete refurbishment. There is a total of 3 x 1 Bedroom apartments and 1 x Studio apartment. All apartments include king-size zip and link beds with super comfy mattresses and crisp white linen. There are 42” Smart TVs in all bedrooms and lounges which has access to all streaming sites such as Netflix. Free Wi-Fi throughout the property and desks in each room all with charging points. The one-bedroom apartments all have a comfy double sofa bed, suitable for one adult or two children. The gorgeous kitchens all come with built in microwaves, dishwasher and washer/dryer plus a dining table.Each apartment has one bathroom: the showers are all very generously sized and each bathroom includes a heated towel rail. Families, couples, friends and solo travellers all love staying with us, due to the central location, quiet area, beautiful garden square and close proximity to sporting destinations such as crown bowling green, the famous Isle of Man TT racing grandstand and the Villa Marina which host various events such as Darts and poker competitions. The cinemas and Gaiety theatre are all within walking distance, as are the bars and restaurants of Douglas.
