Located in the town of Rye and dating back to the 1700s, the 5-star Willow Tree House features free Wi-Fi and free private parking. It is a 297-year-old former boathouse, just 10 minutes’ walk from Rye Railway Station.

Featuring original character and charm, the individually designed rooms offer a flat-screen Freeview TV and tea and coffee making facilities. The en suite shower rooms have a hairdryer, hair straighteners, and luxury complimentary toiletries.

In the mornings, the Willow Tree provides a buffet table with homemade muffins and fruit compote. The full English breakfast is prepared using locally sourced ingredients.

  • How can I get to the closest beach from the property?

    Camber - about 4 miles. Wichelsea Beach about 2 miles - best by car although thier is a bus to Camber.

  • Is there a shuttle available to get to the closest beach nearby? What are the other transportation options?

    Car or bus to Camber. Possible to walk to Winchelsea Beach but its about 2 miles.
