Just needed a room for the night, this was basic and cheap. Location was ideal. Having parking was a great advantage. Staff were all helpful and friendly

  • How far from city hall Sheffield

    Hello Thank you for your enquiry the City Hall is just down the road from us about a 10 minute walk - a couple of minutes in a car, or the Super Tram is just at the top of our road which is only a short journey to the city centre. Regards Joanne

  • Hello, what would the earliest check in time be please?

    Check in is from 2pm but we have a luggage store available if required. If your room is ready or course you may check in earlier but this is subject to availabity.

  • I see a number of reviews have mentioned how hot the rooms are and being unable to open the windows. Are the windows blocked from opening?

    Each room is equipped with a fan and opening windows. We had unusually hot weather and we do have 24hr reception cover if guests need any help

    Hi There will be a breakfast bag left outside your room from 6:30-7am, this will include juice and several breakfast items. Our cafe is also open from 8am. Kind Regards, Ryan Reception

  • can I book a room with a bath ?

    All our rooms are Ensuite but with a shower, no baths. We do have a bath in our Serviced apartment which sleeps 6.

  • Hi, I note parking has to be reserved, does this include disabled parking and are the parking spaces easy to get to and from from the hotel?

    We are providing breakfast bags for all guests which are dropped outside the door in the morning, but our café is now also open for you to purchase cooked breakfasts. Kind regards, Lauren

  • Hi i have booked to stay for an event in july however we would arrive before our check in due to our event starting at 12/1, is there a way to leave our bags somewhere secure and check in when we return or is it possible to have an earlier check in

    If your room is available you can check in earlier but this is subject to availability. Please contact reception the day before arrival to enquire. We have a luggage room where you can leave any bags and 24hr reception. Covid restrictions allowing

    We are a 10 minute walk to the heart of Sheffield city centre and we are serving a bagged breakfast at the moment which is left outside your room at approx 6.30am

    Yes we have free parking here at Wilson Carlile Centre but booking prior to arrival is essential. Please note the entrance to the car park is accessed via Victoria Street at the rear of our property
