The hosts are really welcoming and gave some great tips for our stay. The accommodation itself is very relaxing and comfortable and is in a beautiful setting. The gardens are lovely and we really enjoyed our morning stroll through the woods after breakfast.

Carolyn and John are very knowledgeable about the area, we followed their advise for where to eat and visit and had a thoroughly enjoyable few days. Very comfortable home away from home.

The house was full of interesting art and the garden was delightful. The breakfast was delicious and we appreciated the fact that the ingredients were local. Care had been made to respect the environment. The owner kindly sent on my slipper which I had dropped when leaving.

Breakfast is served in the breakfast room or on the patio and is prepared with organic or local produce. Guests have full use of patio and garden. Free parking on site.
Woodgate Farm in ideally located to explore the Country Homes and Gardens of Kent and East Sussex. Steam trains and river cruises run to Bodiam Castle in season.
London Gatwick Airport is 36 mi away.

In the words of our guests, Woodgate Farm is a place of wonderful tranquility and peace set in beautiful surroundings. The woodland walks in the ancient forest are a delight as are the views across the Sussex countryside.
Carolyn and John grow there own organic and biodynamic produce which may be part of your breakfast table. They supply organic and local produce for breakfast along with home made organic muesli, home made bread and local pressed fruit juices. They aim to make your stay relaxing and completely trouble free.
Beckley is a small village close to the Medieval town of Rye and the wonderful,Camber sands. If you love nature, walking and peaceful surroundings then this is definitely the place to stay.
