Wych Elm is a large property resting on the outskirts of Rowde. It comes with three bedrooms, comprising of a ground-floor twin and a ground-floor double with en-suite shower room, as well as a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, together sleeping up to six people. Completing the interior is a family bathroom, a cloakroom, an open-plan living room, a utility and a snug. To the outside there is ample off-road parking and a large garden area with furniture. Wych Elm is a wonderful retreat at any time of the year. Note: There is a dog compound in the garden, 4ft high.
