Great staff and comfortable rooms. Covid has reduced the social space availability but staff have worked brilliantly to provide a safe environment for visitors. Food made to order in the evening was fabulous and breakfast ready at a specific time was really convenient. Thanks to all the staff there

The hostel was more than i expected and the staff were so kind and considerate to all of our need. Nice and quiet so no problem sleeping and the food and drink were reasonably priced and highly enjoyable.

Location (you should advertise that you are next door to Conkers parkrun,we didn't know!) Liked the building, especially the dining room. First time staying at a YHA as a family, will definitely consider again for the future.

Everything was absolutely fantastic. We were apprehensive about our stay due to the current social distancing situation but we felt completely at ease from the moment we arrived. Everything was well signposted and it was very easy to see exactly what to do and where and everything was done in a very logical manner. Each and every member of staff were warm and friendly and we felt confident they were in complete control of everything. The location is stunning, the staff are fantastic, the building is beautiful, what more could you ask for?

The property was in a fantastic location we visited conkers and Twycross zoo whilst we were there. The bedroom was clean and had the basic facilities. Breakfast was perfect for us. The shared kitchen was good and had lots of facilities which would have made the trip good value for money.

  • I would like to run Conkers parkrun Sat morning. I would be back to check out by 10, but may need an extra 15 mins for a shower - is this possible ?
