“The property exceeded my expectations. Our room was very clean. The amenities were excellent. Robe, slippers, fresh fruit, both a large 32oz bottle of still and sparkling waters, coffee and assorted teas in the room. When we came in they an excellent station on the radio playing (smooth chill) that got us instantly in the mood. The ambiance was was classic. Old school eclectic.”

Restaurant is a Gordon Ramsey restaurant and is great, pretty & lively. Beautiful bar. Room service was no more than 15 minutes! Loved the location as well. ”

“Anna at reception was excellent - giving us a lovely room and welcome drink. The hotel is what I'd describe as boutique. The room was large with some unusual features - large four poster bed, proper wooden wardrobe, lovely lamps, real plants, coffee machine, tea pot kettle.... You get a proper key for the door. The bathroom was down 6 steps with large bath and good shower. Also heated floor which was very nice at this time of year. Be careful if you are drunk and need the loo in the middle of the night. Anna also served us breakfast in the Gordon Ramsay badged restuarant. The coffee was great and cooked breakfast very good. Vegetarian sausages replaced meat ones with an extra very nicely poached egg. Thanks Anna for making us feel very welcome and comfortable :)”

“As soon as we walked in we were made to very welcomed. Excellent staff going the extra mile. Fantastic room and even given a drink on arrival. The food was fantastic, we ate for dinner and breakfast. Lovely atmosphere in the restaurant. Would highly recommend for a getaway to London.”
