The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay in York! very clean, bed comfortable, apartment has lots of little extra such as tea coffee, cereal etc. the WiFi has a good reception, the Tv has plenty of channels. We all agree that we would much rather stay here now (if we can) rather than a hotel. Within walking distance of main York attractions. Richard could not have helped us more, I asked if I could check in a bit earlier and this was sorted with no problem. I cannot rate this accommodation better. I only wish I had got the name of the lady who was cleaning the properties on the morning of check out, she was Friendly and helpful. Thankyou so much!

Mal (Marilyn) & Richard your hosts have worked hard on the design and obtaining the best fittings and materials to create a luxurious experience, Mal an ex Laura Ashley sales person used her creative knowledge and experience when choosing and designing the interior, including unique frameless windows from Italy, all solid oak furniture, glass and stainless steel. Whilst Richard coming from an electronics background incorporated his electronic knowledge and commissioned the best in gadgets inc climate controlled air which heats and cools to a priest temperature. Along with remote controlled mood lighting. Neither of us have any experience in the hotel trade but are eager to learn and do our best to make every guest welcome and 100% happy with their stay. Our aim is to provide to clients what we would expect as non hoteliers from a 5 star stay. I am always available on my mobile should I need to be contacted.
Within the city wall and surrounded by restaurants, cafe's, bars, clubs, shops, and a few minutes walk to the Yorks main attractions, museums, cinema, theatres, shopping, Railway museum, York Minster and the Racecourse.
